We currently carry Marion Local, the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) schools, and a few surrounding schools in person. While our in-store selection might be limited, we aim to support a variety of schools and offer a range of spirit items.

To further accommodate your needs, we have School Spirit Stores online. Here, you can explore a broader selection of merchandise, which may include items for schools beyond those available in our physical store. Be sure to request a new school to our website if you do not see yours listed.

Custom Orders and Design

Not seeing your school? No problem! We are always willing to order and design something unique for your school. Whether you want a custom shirt, hoodie, or any other spirit item, we are here to help you showcase your school pride.

Yes, we certainly do! While we offer a fantastic range of school spirit apparel, a significant portion of our business comes from creating custom designs. Whether you're planning a bachelorette party, family reunion, vacation, or need a new workout tee, we are here to bring your vision to life. Simply bring in your inspiration, and we will work closely with you to craft something perfect for any occasion.

We usually advise our customers to allow 10-14 days for orders. However, there is a lot of flexibility, and we can often get something ordered and decorated within a week if you need your item in a hurry.

No, we do not have order minimums! Your order can be as small as one item. At MVP, there is no job too big or too small. The only exception might be for custom hat orders, which could have specific requirements. But overall, it's just that simple. If you've seen a design online or at a concert that you love, feel free to bring it to us. We welcome all ideas and inspirations!

Do you have setup design fees?

Nope! We do not charge any setup design fees.

Do you have rush order fees?

Not typically. We order from our trusted vendors frequently, allowing us to fill orders without additional rush fees. In some cases, we might charge shipping fees if necessary to expedite the process, but if we aren’t charged, neither are you!

Based on up-to-date shipping rates, we will gladly ship our products to your door!

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our online stores, all sales are final. Please make sure to double-check your size before placing your order. We provide size and fit guides linked in every store to assist you. If you need further help, feel free to call our store for personalized assistance in choosing the best fit for you or your loved ones.

At MVP, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If we made a mistake, rest assured that we are committed to resolving it for you. Here are the steps we follow to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution process:

All discrepancies must be reported within 10 days from the day your items leave our facility. Discrepancies may include, but are not limited to:

-Receiving an incorrect size of the desired item

-Receiving an incorrect color of the desired item

-Not receiving the proper quantity ordered

-Receiving an item with the wrong fit category (e.g., ladies, men's, youth)

-Receiving a completely incorrect item

This 10-day window allows your coach, instructor, or group leader time to deliver your items so you can review them promptly.

Reporting Discrepancies

If you have a discrepancy to report, please contact MVP directly. If your request falls outside of the 10-day window, MVP reserves the right to refuse or deny a full replacement and/or refund. In such cases, you may be responsible for repurchasing your desired item, or a partial refund may be issued.

Everything must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt in purchased condition for store credit. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached. All discounted items, customized, or personalized items are final sale
