Artwork Approval Agreement

____I have reviewed the artwork sent to me in it’s entirety and hereby sign off on the print of the design.

____I understand that post-approval print errors can included but are not limited to spelling errors and coloring errors.

____I understand that any replacements of any print errors may come at a full replacement at my own expense.

____I acknowledge that I can choose MVP to exercise their best judgment and utilize the available tools to address the error, potentially at little or no expense to me. However, I recognize that there are inherent risks, and some issues may be irreversible, justifying a full replacement at my own cost.

____I understand that the artwork, as seen, will be printed, as seen.

It is never our intention to allow any flaws to leave our facility; however, please understand that we are human and mistakes can occur. We ask that you review your artwork to assist us in this process, ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied and have a clear understanding of what to expect when partnering with MVP Sports & More.
